179 Coloring Sheets

I started this folder as a way to incentivize the subscribers to my newsletter to keep following me. Each month I offer a gift of a coloring sheet for viewers to print, download, and keep. I try and make it interactive, write in a banner a goal, imagine yourself as such etc. I'd been reading that coloring was a beautiful way to meditate, de-stress, and be creative without the hang ups of starting from scratch and being hyper critical of what you're creating. All one may has to do is simply pick a color. And if you don't like it, toss it and print another. The goal is the act of coloring itself.

Lotus Banner, write in a something special.

With the shut downs of Corona and the small buzz of anxiety resounding in our communities I thought this would be the best time to share with everyone this collection. These mean more than just a portion of the newsletter, these illustrations for me are healing. They're part of my self care and help me to seamlessly slip into the creative zone and set aside some of the anxieties and insecurities I have to the future and what's going on around me. Sharing these with friends helps me keep the mission in my work where I strive to keep my work accessible to everyone.

Things to take notice when coloring: how is your breathing affected? Where does your brain go? Are you talking to yourself or are you feeling abstract emotions that are telling you something? What are they saying? How do you feel when you’re done?
